We serve a wide selection of cocktails made with our very own Brandy and Rum.
Absolutely no carry ins allowed on premises. This includes beer, wine, or other alcoholic beverages. This is in accordance with State and Federal laws.
We don't serve food at this time.

RUM
Rum Highball— 6
Highballs appeared in the 1860's and was slang for tall glass of any spirit and soda. Recommend our Rum with Ginger ale or Cola.
Screwy Lewy — 7
Ok we made this one up, but I'm certain you won't find this anywhere else! We made this concoction up as a kid (minus the alcohol). This original family recipe is made with Rum, OJ, Triple Sec, and a splash of our favorite-Sun Drop.
Ridge-Top Breeze—7
This is our version of the classic tropical drink called the Bay Breeze. Here, there is no bay, but there is always a breeze on the ridge! Made with Rum, pineapple, and cranberry Juice.
Rum Punch — 7
This drink has probably traveled more than you! Its roots began in India and in the 17th century, sailors took it to England. It eventually made its way to the Caribbean, then North to St. Mary's Ridge. It combines Rum and mixture of fruit juices to make a perfect summer drink or for those dreaming of warmer days.
Daiquiri — 7
This is a classic rum drink dating back to 1902. This drink became popular in the 1940s during World War II when Whiskey and Vodka were hard to come by. Rum was easy to obtain due to trade relations with Latin America. Traditionally made with Rum, fresh lime juice, splash of orange liqueur and sugar. Over the years, fruit has been added for a more enjoyable drink. Served traditionally, on the rocks -Lime or Strawberry.
Mojito— 8
This is a favorite here! There are many stories of where the mojito has its origins and not sure you can believe any of them. It is said that Rum was mixed with mint leaves, lime, and sugar to ward off illness. If this is true, then you should have a few. Made with Rum, lime juice, simple syrup, fresh mint leaves, and topped with sour soda. -Strawberry or Lime
Painkiller — 8
This is a famous rum cocktail that originates from the British Islands in the 1970's. It is said to cure what ails you! Made with rum, cream of coconut, OJ, pineapple, and topped with nutmeg.
Pina Colada—8
Who hasn't heard of this drink? "Yes, I like Pina Colada's and getting caught in the rain...". This is a famous rum cocktail that is said to be invented by a pirate named Roberto in an effort to boost morale on the ship. We hope to boost your morale with this drink! Made with Rum, pineapple, cream of coconut. This is served traditionally on the rocks, not blended.
Amish Mule- 8
Our version of the popular Moscow Mule, made with our Rum. The origins of this drink date back to New York in 1941. It was created to get rid of unused inventory. The original recipe used Cock'n'Bull Ginger Beer, which we continue to use today. Here on the ridge, there are plenty of cock(tails) & bulls, making the perfect Amish Mule! Made with Rum, Lime juice, Cranberry, and Ginger Beer.
St. Bloody Mary- 9
An American classic, however, this was first made in Paris is the 1920's. Traditionally made with Vodka, our version is made with our Rum and garnished with the best of fixings! Made with Mr. T's mix and Clamato. *Does contain shellfish*
BRANDY
Brandy Highball — 6

Sidecar— 8
This is a classic sour drink. This is one of the most famous drinks of prohibition, dating back to 1922. It has had many makeovers, but this drink is the traditional version. Made with Brandy, lemon juice, OJ, and splash of lemon-sour soda.
Between the Sheets— 8
This is a sister drink to the Sidecar that combines our Brandy and our Rum. With double the shot, it is certain to take you between the sheets! Made with Brandy, Rum, lemon juice, OJ, and splash of lemon-sour soda.
Brandy Smash — 8
This drink stems from the early 1800s and was popular during the civil war. It is similar to a Mint Julep, without the Bourbon. Made with Brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh mint, topped with a splash of lemon-sour soda. Regular or Blueberry
Brandy Old Fashioned— 8
You can't live in Wisconsin without trying this classic cocktail! This signature drink dates back to 1893 at the Chicago World's Fair. Korbel Brandy (a beloved brandy in these parts) was the first to pour this classic drink. Made by muddling cherries and an orange, mixed with brandy, bitters, sugar, and topped with a splash of sour soda.
Stinger — 9
A popular cocktail of the prohibition era. Creme de menthe was used to mask the brandy taste. Traditionally made with Brandy and white Creme de Menthe. We have modified this a bit and have added white chocolate flavoring and cream. It is then topped with heavy whipping cream, chocolate syrup, and andes chocolate garnish. A perfect after dinner drink. There is no sting Brandy can't heal!
Brandy Alexander — 9
This is a classic drink created during prohibition (1920-1933) when many speakeasies served cheap brandy. They came up with this cocktail with cream to mask the bitter taste. This is made with our Immature Brandy, Creme de Cacao, Cream, and Nutmeg garnish. Served with a side of locally made Amish chocolate.
